We manufacture as close to the source of the materials as possible to reduce our environmental impact. Whenever feasible, we source materials certified by the FSC from 100% sustainable plantations. We believe everyone can make an impact on the future of our planet, simply by choosing a wood board over a plastic one.

Free of BPA, VOCs, microplastics, phthalates, and formaldehyde, our cutting boards are non-toxic and food safe. Because wood is softer than your knife, it protects the blade from becoming dull, and while knife marks are a sign that your board is doing its job, regular oiling can blend them nicely into the wood.

Regular oiling every three weeks is vital for the board's health and durability, preventing excess moisture where bacteria thrive and protecting against drying out, which can lead to cracking and warping. The beauty of wood products is that they come from Mother Nature; therefore, every board will have its own unique grain and color, making each one a one-of-a-kind piece.

The Doheny Duo provides two boards in one, and the Winsome Maple boasts a juice groove and inner handles.
