• To enhance your experience: The surface is hand-polished three times. No dents can be felt by hand, even with natural wood knots. Without the application of mineral oil after polishing and drying, the rolling pin may still contain some wood fibers. Rest assured, the mineral oil used is completely safe for contact with food.

We have been coated with mineral oil before packaging, and we still recommend coating mineral or olive oil 1-2 times a month to make the wood grain more textured.
