**Cleaning & Upkeep:** A polished surface ensures that dough won’t cling to the rolling pin. The tapered ends facilitate easy cleaning. Just rinse with water or wipe down with a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Prior to packaging, we applied a layer of mineral oil, and we suggest reapplying mineral or olive oil once or twice a month to enhance the wood grain's appearance.
Application: Easy to maneuver pizza dough, cookie, bread, fondant, pie and more. The Sapele wood has a certain medicinal value, which not only help you make delicious food but also let you feel the nature. 15.7" makes it easy to store anywhere in your kitchen.
For a better experience: The surface is hand-polished 3 times. Even if natural wood knot, you can't feel any dents by hand. If rolling pin is only polished, it still has a little wood fibers. In order to avoid the problem, we apply mineral oil after each polishing and dry it. The mineral oil can be completely safe to come into contact with food.
